A 1:1 session designed to help you move with confidence on your yoga mat. Whether you're new to yoga, unsure about attending a group class, or looking to refine your practice, this session will give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to move in a way that feels right for your body.

With training in chair yoga, yoga for special populations (chronic illness, arthritis), yin, restorative, stress & trauma release, vinyasa, yoga for mental health, pelvic floor awareness, and postpartum corrective exercise, I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and comfort level.
