I’m a small-town prairie girl turned Registered Nurse, Holistic Nurse Coach, and Yoga Therapist. I grew up on a rural family farm in Saskatchewan, graduating high school with a class of just ten. Life moved fast—I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, wrote my national exam, got married, and became a mom all within the same year. I was following the path I thought I was supposed to…
For 18 years, I worked as an RN in rural acute care and public health. I loved nursing, but over time, I began to feel like I didn’t fully belong in either role. Something was missing. I knew I wanted to support people in a way that went beyond symptoms and checklists—to address the whole person, not just their diagnosis.
So, I made a bold decision. I stepped away from traditional nursing and decided to focus on yoga therapy and creating a space where movement, healing, and community could thrive; along with farming with my family. But even after resigning, my passion for nursing never left me.
That’s when I found The CIINDE—a training in holistic nursing, coaching, and consulting that changed everything.
Here, I felt like I finally belonged. I learned how to bridge science with integrative healing, how to guide people through life’s challenges in a way that honored body, mind, energy, emotions, environment, and nervous system. I then developed The In-Between Framework—a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to help people move through uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
Why I do this work? I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the in-between. To feel overwhelmed by uncertainty, disconnected from your body, and unsure of what’s next.
That’s why I created this space—to help others navigate life and health transitions with balance, resilience, and connection. Through nursing, holistic coaching, and body-mind-based mindfulness, I guide clients toward greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and well-being—helping them feel more at home in themselves.

As a Registered Nurse, Holistic Nurse, Nurse Coach, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Healer, I integrate the Nursing Process, evidence-based coaching, and holistic healing practices to support your body, mind, emotions, nervous system, and overall well-being. Whether you're navigating a health diagnosis or life’s overwhelming moments, I offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
Using movement, breath, coaching, nervous system regulation, and holistic nursing care, I help clients shift from stuck to supported, overwhelmed to grounded, and uncertain to clear. My approach blends science, integrative healing, and personalized care to meet you where you are.
